Nicole Smith

Hello pet lovers! I’m the owner of Grooming by Nicole. I have been grooming dogs for over 27 years and I have had my own business for over 23 years. I have always loved animals since I was a toddler. I have an amazing daughter, Mikayla, and a great son-in-law, Timothy Goff. I’m engaged to Cris Sanchez and we will be married on 3/24/24. Then I will officially have a bonus son, CJ. We are members at Nelson Christian Church and enjoy being involved with our community.

We share our home with 2 dogs and 3 birds. Our dogs are shihtzus. When you come to my shop it is likely that you will meet my dogs, Champ and Summer. I also raise shihtzu puppies. My clients enjoy seeing the shihtzu babies from time to time.

I am so thankful for all our clients allowing us to pamper their fur babies. I am also very grateful for my staff, without them having a successful shop would be impossible. God has blessed me beyond words and I want to continue serving Bardstown. I take great pride in my business and love being able to keep Nelson County’s pets looking their very best!

Danielle Stearns

Hello my name is Danille Stearns. I have been working at Grooming by Nicole’s for 9 years as a groomer. I also assist with the front desk and with the pet hotel. I absolutely love it here and couldn’t see myself anywhere else.

I have an amazing husband name Alex and a beautiful daughter named Kiara. We complete our family with 2 spoiled Pitbulls, Lainey and Hachi.

Lorna Zeugner

I am a U.S. Airforce Veteran and I have been married for 19 years. We have 3 grown sons/stepsons between us. We have 7 granddaughters and a grandson and the way. I have been working here going on 5 years. I love meeting all of our customers (human & 4 legged) My husband and I have 4 fur babies of our own, that are a big part of our life.

Samantha Harris

My name is Samantha Harris I have 3 wonderful kids, Kassidy, Wyatt and Brynlee. We have a golden doodle named jazzy and a cat named Diesel. I started out at Grooming by Nicole 4 years ago as a bather. I bathed for a year then moved up to a groomer and I absolutely love it. I also work the pet hotel on the weekends. In our free time we enjoy doing anything outdoors and spending time with family.
